Yes,to reset/forgot your Alkanooz account password, please e-mail us at inquires@alkanooz.com

You can check your order status by entering the order no (sent in your order confirmation e-mail) into your account to track your most recent purchases.

Promo codes/Coupons can be applied during checkout process. Please note certain items will be excluded from Promo/Coupon offerings. List of those items will be provided on the website.

Order confirmation is not same as shipping confirmation. Order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you right after your order has been placed. Make sure to check your junk folder as well if you don’t receive mail in few hours of placing your order.

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has left our facility. There will be delivery tracking number in your email. Please note if your order has separate packages, they may arrive at different times. You will receive an email for each package.

Once an order is placed it is processed immediately to get to you as soon as possible. We apologize to accept any cancellation/changes to any order that is submitted.

Yes, for our clients at specific destinations gift wrapping, gift boxed and monogram is available. Just let us know how you would like it wrapped separately, together or attach a gift receipt.

International  shipping  is calculated based on factors including  shipping time, weight of items, and destination country. Duties and customs tariffs are set by the destination country and are paid by the buyer.
